We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our growing team and drive end-to-end HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handling employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Managing attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations
- Drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Handling employee queries, grievances, and performance coordination
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Preferred Candidates
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in NBFC / Fintech / BFSI)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and stakeholders efficiently
- Proactive, organized, and result-driven approach
