- Experience in tender/proposal coordination would be preferred
- Preparation and compilation of bid documents, EOIs, RFP responses, and proposal submissions
- Preparation of company collaterals, presentations, case studies, and supporting documents
- Tender tracking and submission coordination
- Cold calling and lead generation activities
- Coordination with regional sales/business teams
- Vendor/OEM coordination and follow-ups
- Maintaining opportunity trackers and submission schedules
- Supporting pre-sales and proposal management activities
