Take a lead role in acquiring, managing and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver outstanding experience to our customers.
Job Summary:
The Prime Pre-matching team comprises of business-aligned support teams to follow up on any unmatched or failed trades for clients
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure all BAU related activities ( Pre-matching) are performed in accordance with agreed SLA.
- All PO’s are agreed with counterparties in a timely manner .
- Ensure all high value trades are thoroughly followed up on and escalated appropriately.
- Proper prioritization of trades keeping in mind CSDR penalties.
- Preparing client specific report and distribution amongst key stake holders
- To ensure that all exceptions, involving deviation from SOPs or inability to process the work within the Turnaround Time Stipulated are escalated to the Functional Leads/Managers/VP immediately on Identification.
- Work with Middle offices to increase STP rate for clients
- Act as the SME within the team and provide guidance and training to FTC’s .
- Action and perform root cause analyses on new / recurring issues or control gaps
- Ensure Timely completion and validation of SOP’s.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- At least 2 Years’ experience in the Pre-matching . Settlements , Fails management
- Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
- Strong Control Mindset.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with stake across the globe and deliver strategic solutions for the client.
