We are searching Spare Parts Manager for our Shaktigarh(Burdwan Dst) Warehouse location urgently. Candidate must have experience in WH Operation & Spare Parts management. - Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting physical counts, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
- Warehouse Operations:Overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of spares, optimizing space utilization, and managing the flow of materials.
- Team Leadership:Hiring, training, motivating, and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards.
- Logistics and Shipping:Coordinating with transportation providers, managing shipping schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of spares to dealers.
- Safety and Security:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, managing warehouse security, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement:Analyzing warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:Developing and managing the warehouse budget, controlling expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory transactions, shipping documents, and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
