Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed according to approved plans, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for timely completion of work.
- Monitor material usage and maintain records of site inventory.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision (preferably in real estate projects).
- Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
- Good communication
- AutoCAD (Negotiable)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
