Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape / V-Ray or similar software
- Well-versed in creating detailed, high-quality 3D renders with a keen eye for materials and detailing
- Strong design sensibility with good technical understanding
- Keen on learning and applying the latest AI tools and innovations in design development, visualization, and workflow efficiency
Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D detailed drawings, RFC drawings, and technical drawing sets
- Prepare 3D visuals, walkthroughs, and presentation-ready outputs
- Should know how to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Develop concept presentations and detailed design outputs
