Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide hardware, software, and network support to end users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, and chip-level troubleshooting.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP-related issues.
- Install and maintain routers, switches, access points, and network cabling.
- Support Microsoft Office, Office 365, Outlook, and email configuration.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration.
- Provide remote support to users across multiple locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic health checks of IT assets.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, network connectivity, and system performance.
- Handle incident tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and replacement activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support server-related activities, backup operations, and data recovery when required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
