We are looking for an experienced Operations & Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for production planning, procurement, inventory management, vendor relationships, warehouse coordination, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate is highly process-driven, analytical, and capable of ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining cost control and product availability.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Develop and manage production plans to meet business and customer requirements.
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules and ensure smooth production execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability.
- Oversee warehouse operations, storage processes, and inventory accuracy.
- Plan and coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Resolve production and supply chain bottlenecks proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Manage procurement budgets and optimize purchasing costs.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Manage Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and procurement planning.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Management.
- Experience in Beverage Manufacturing, Packaged Foods, Nutraceuticals, or FMCG industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of production planning, procurement processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, MRP planning, and supply chain analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
