Job Title- Customer Service Associates/ Sr. Customer Service Associates

Skills and Abilities: -
- Good communication skills, written and verbal both- Learning skills - Being attentive, Ability to work within a team and building relationships with customers and team members
- Minimum 6 months & above Experience of working in live chat processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (Mandatory)
- Experience with Upselling / Proactive Sales on live chat would be an added advantage.- Working knowledge of MS Office applications like Word & Excel
- Problem Solving Skills
- WOK FROM OFFICE ONLY
- IMMEDIATE JOINERS
- Being persuasive and diligent
- Basic level of Computer proficiency
SHIFT TIMINGS- 15 Hours rotational US work window, 6 pm IST to 9.30 am IST
Salary- 3.6 LPA- 4.8 LPA (depends on your last withdrawan salary)
