Job Responsibilities:
Handling industrial equipment/machinery spares sales calls over phone, spares sales quotes submission, follow up for order, spares order booking as per the goal, handling customer objections, commercial negotiation, order closing, payment recovery, customer relationship management
Required candidate profile:
Having good telesales, communication and interpersonal skills, experience of B2B equipment/machinery spare parts selling to small and medium scale industries, should be conversant with use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
