Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinating interviews with department heads.

Maintaining healthy employee-employer relationships.
Addressing employee grievances and concerns.
Conducting employee engagement activities.
Ensuring a positive work environment.
3. Payroll & Salary Structure
Preparing monthly payroll data.
Managing attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records.
Coordinating salary processing and statutory deductions.
Handling employee compensation and benefits.
4. HR Operations
Employee onboarding and induction.
Maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
Managing exit formalities and full & final settlements.
5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Coordinating PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
