Key Responsibilities:
ü Plan security and safety measures for each location of Kanakia Spaces to ensure no incidents of theft, piracy, pilferage, hazards to human life and property, and malpractices of all kind
ü Ensuring smooth and well-mannered handling of patrons / guests at the location by security staff; adherence to SOPs.
ü Identification and selection of right security agencies, negotiating and appointing them after obtaining approval from Management.
ü Quality check of outsourced Security; ensuring compliance with our requirements and standards.
ü Ensuring training and updating security staff at site on SOPs and legal compliances.
ü Preparing and sending daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS/Reports to management regarding activities.
ü Developing of security policy and procedures.
What we are looking for?
ü Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) with 15+ years of experience
ü Preferably from legal background considered.
ü Knowledge of all construction related issues
ü Diplomatically handling labor & visitor & vehicle movement.
ü Basic knowledge of construction fire & safety handling.
ü Knowledge of construction martial measurements taking.
ü Issuing Labor/Contractor ID as per procedures.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
