Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process, creating innovative and functional design solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, and present design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and drafters, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from concept development and schematic design to construction administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct site analysis and assessments, considering zoning regulations, environmental impact, accessibility, and other site-specific factors.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and integrity of architectural designs and construction documents.
- Estimate project costs, materials, labor, and other expenses, and work to keep projects within budget.
- Handle the permitting and regulatory approval process, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Make site visits and provide construction oversight to address issues that arise during construction and ensure adherence to the design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
Professional architect's license preferred.
4-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of project management and leadership.
Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software [e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3Ds Max(Preferred)].
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural design projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Project management experience and scheduling
Understanding of construction methods, materials, and practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
