Job Title: Project Manager – IT Infrastructure & Security SystemsKey Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure, networking, surveillance, access control, and security system projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, risks, and project documentation.
- Lead installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support activities for CCTV, Access Control, Biometric Attendance, Video Conferencing, and Security Management Systems.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.
- Conduct site surveys, project reviews, progress tracking, and reporting to senior management.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities, preparing project proposals, and coordinating with sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for software platforms such as Milestone, Indigo Vision, Spectra, IDCube, eSSL, TimeWatch, Mantra, and Video Conferencing Systems.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Operations, IT Infrastructure, Security Systems, or Facility Management projects.
- Strong understanding of Networking, CCTV Systems, Access Control, Biometric Systems, and IT Solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting.
- Excellent communication, team management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
