Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced BOCW Trainer who can conduct training sessions for construction workers and candidates under government skill development projects. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training related to construction safety, workplace behavior, PPE usage, and BOCW guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for construction workers
- Provide training on construction safety, PPE, work at height, fire safety, electrical safety, and site safety
- Explain BOCW rules, safety standards, and government compliance guidelines
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports
- Coordinate with project teams and field staff for smooth training execution
- Conduct inductions, refresher sessions, and awareness programs
- Ensure candidates understand safety procedures and practical implementation on-site
- Prepare training material, presentations, and activity reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate / Diploma holder
- Experience in Construction Safety / BOCW / Skill Development Training preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of government skill development projects will be an advantage
- Basic MS Office knowledge required
- Hindi communication mandatory
