ROLE:
Complete employee lifecycle – Requirement to Exit for all group companies
MUST HAVE:
1. End-to-end HR: Recruitment, onboarding, payroll input, attendance, PMS, exit
2. Spine HRMS: Must be hands-on with Spine – all modules
3. Policy Framing: Draft HR policies, SOPs with thorough documentation
4. Compliance: PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act basics
5. Manufacturing HR: Should have handled plant + HO staff
KEY SKILLS: Spine HRMS, Excel, Documentation, Employee relations, pay roll process
