Inspired by his grandfather, a distinguished neuropathologist, Indranil is now channeling his expertise and passion into transforming the patient's experience in healthcare. Through his latest venture, he is building AI healthcare companions that assist in demystifying the treatment journey, offering patients clarity and support before, during, and after their medical procedures. I am incredibly passionate about using design to meet people's needs. Starting as an Industrial Designer, I have delved into Branding, Digital Platforms and System & Service Design, and now, my focus lies on healthcare!
My journey revolves around one core belief: "Design should prioritize human well-being."
In the healthcare industry, I saw an opportunity for innovation, a chance to transform a complex system into one that puts the patient at the center. With Dezy It, we are reimagining healthcare by creating intuitive and compassionate interactions that empower patients and streamline care delivery. About the role:
As a Business Development Intern at Dezy It, you will be an essential contributor to our growth journey, working to identify new opportunities that drive revenue and expansion. You’ll be on the frontlines of identifying and converting offers, establishing connections, researching market trends, and crafting approaches to unlock new growth avenues.
This role goes beyond strategy. It’s about developing a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and industry challenges to build meaningful, long-term relationships. You'll bring a solutions-focused mindset, aligning our offerings with client needs while contributing to a customer-centric culture across the team.
You'll collaborate closely with Founders, Growth, and Engineering teams, supporting high-impact initiatives and ensuring alignment on goals. Your work will directly influence key metrics like revenue, customer conversion, and brand reach.

- Experience: 0 – 1 year
- Duration of Internship: 6 months
- Number of working hours: 40 hours/week
- Stipend: INR 10000 - 12000/month
Your usual day at work:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, networking, referrals, and other online avenues.
- Qualify leads and assess potential clients' needs to determine the best product subscription or service offering to meet their requirements.
- Create and conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, adhering to set revenue targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the growth team to develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare growth reports and maintain accurate sales records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously develop knowledge and expertise about our offerings and stay updated on new services, features and enhancements.

- Problem Solving Attitude – There will be a lot of uncertainties and first’s, the ability to not get overwhelmed and solve these problems with an open mind is of utmost importance
- Ability to Analyse, Reflect and Evolve quickly – We all like to work on intuition and that is important but shouldn’t be the guiding force. The ability to analyze, reflect and evolve based on experiences, data, market trends etc. Is a must have.
- Learning forever – Learning can never stop, the world is constantly evolving, and things are changing, the world has more knowledge to offer than any of us can ever imagine possessing. Learning is a lifelong journey, enjoy it.
