· Sales Planning: Value wise and Product Wise/Hospital Wise-Monthly
· Yearly Target Achievement decide by the company
· Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims
· Ensuring availability of products in Hospitals as per sales
· Payment received from the distributors/hospitals
· Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
· Evaluate Team and individual performances
· Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
· Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
· Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
· Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region
· Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
· Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
