Provide remote technical support to customers, dealers, installers, and field engineers for CCTV surveillance systems, smart door locks, access control systems, video door phones (VDP), and related security products. Diagnose issues, guide installations, resolve configuration problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide remote support for IP and analog CCTV cameras.
- Configure DVR/NVR systems and recording parameters.
- Troubleshoot camera connectivity, recording, and playback issues.
- Assist with mobile app and remote viewing setup.
- Support firmware upgrades and system maintenance.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
