Experience Required:
2 to 8 years in MNR role within a shipping/logistics company
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with container depots for maintenance and repairs
- Inspect, approve & manage container damage and repair requests
- Manage procurement of new containers and coordinate with container traders
- Handle sale of old containers in a cost-effective manner
- Visit depots as per requirement for physical inspection and follow-ups
- Coordinate with overseas agents regarding container damage or issues
- Prepare and maintain a monthly report on container damages and repair status
Candidate Profile:
✅ Prior experience with NVOCC operations
✅ Understanding of freight forwarding processes
✅ Strong coordination and negotiation skills
✅ Familiar with container types, condition criteria & repair processes
✅ Willingness to travel locally for depot visits
✅ Strong communication with overseas teams and vendors
