Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management activities.
- Handle vendor management, purchase orders, and office supply inventory.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics as required.
- Monitor utility services and ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and office communications.
- Support management with administrative reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational and administrative requirements.
Skills Required
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- MBA Marketing candidates only
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
