JOB LOCATION - Gurgaon sector 55-56 rapid metro
Key Responsibilities
o Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales product wise, salesperson wise, location wise
o Validate gross margins report on daily basis product wise, salesperson wise, location wise
o Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, and performance reports to management and relevant departments.
o Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards tailored to business or store management needs.
o Automate recurring reports and dashboards using Excel, macros, or specialized reporting tools for efficiency
o Update, troubleshoot and improve Excel dashboards for performance monitoring
o Provide suggestions to ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout all systems; perform regular system/data check and validations
o Provide suggestions to ensure accuracy in physical stocks and stock in systems in coordination with store teams and act as liaison with accounts and IT support when necessary
o Analyze store data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement in sales, stock, and customer service.
o Provide actionable insights from data analysis to support decision-making, forecasting, and store planning.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce
· Experience with MIS systems, data management, or analytics (1–3 years preferred).
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools; familiarity with macros and ERP/CRM platforms is a plus
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Effective communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
