Position Overview:
As a Store Manager for the Skechers brand in Ahmedabad Gujarat, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions.
2. Customer Service:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints.
3. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Schedule and manage shifts.
4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage stock levels.
- Conduct stock checks and audits.
5. Store Operations:
- Maintain store presentation.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
6. Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and financial records.
- Prepare financial reports
Experience: 3-5 years of retail management, preferably in fashion & footwear
Skills:
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management
