Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and communication-skilled Telecaller cum Counsellor to interact with prospective customers/students, provide information about our products/services, address their queries, and guide them through the enrollment or purchase process. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students.
- Attend inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain products, services, courses, or programs in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Counsel and guide prospects based on their needs and requirements.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Update CRM/database with accurate information.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM software).
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
- Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
