Job Description: Web Developer Trainer

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer Trainer to mentor and train students, graduates, and professionals. You will deliver hands-on technical training, guide real-world projects, and prepare students for industry placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive lectures and practical lab sessions on web development.
- Guide students through coding assignments, debugging, and portfolio projects.
- Update curriculum, design mock tests, and evaluate student performance.
- Conduct technical mock interviews to assist with placements.
Technical Skills Required
- Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind, and Core JavaScript (ES6+).
- Frameworks (Preferred): React.js or Angular.
- Backend & DB (Bonus): Node.js, Python, or Java, along with MySQL or MongoDB.
- Tools: Git & GitHub.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex logic.
- Patience and a strong passion for mentoring beginners.
