Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible candidate to handle Admin, Accounts, and HR functions in our organization. This is a multi-functional role where the candidate will be involved in managing day-to-day office operations, supporting basic accounting activities, and assisting in HR processes.
The role requires good coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate will work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow, proper documentation, and timely completion of tasks. Freshers who are willing to learn and experienced candidates who can handle responsibilities independently are both encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day admin activities, office coordination, follow-ups, and maintain files and records properly
2. Manage billing, payment follow-ups, and ensure all financial documents are updated and organized
3. Prepare DC, PO, and invoices accurately and maintain proper documentation
4. Perform basic accounts work including maintaining records and preparing statements
5. Support HR activities such as hiring, onboarding, employee records, and KYC documentation
Pay: ₹10,573.24 - ₹30,873.30 per month
