Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Create, update, and manage support tickets using tracking dashboards in ServiceNow
- basic troubleshooting, resolving straightforward queries like logging tickets in tracking systems before escalating complex problems to L2 or L3
- Assisting team members with day-to-day project operations.
- Resolving L1/L2 technical support tickets
- Actively engaging in team brainstorming meetings and providing fresh perspectives
- Escalate unresolvable or highly complex technical problems to Level 2 (L2) or Level 3 (L3) engineering teams with detailed notes.
