- Data Transcription: Input, format, and update information into company databases, spreadsheets, or management tools.
- Verification: Review source documents (invoices, forms, receipts) for errors or inconsistencies before and after entry.
- Research: Gather supplementary information for incomplete documents or missing materials.
- Data Maintenance: Manage both physical and digital filing systems, perform routine backups, and archive completed work.
- Reporting: Generate summaries, spreadsheets, and data reports as requested by management or other departments.
- Security & Compliance: Comply with data integrity, privacy, and security policies to keep all sensitive information strictly confidential.
