As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Admin Intern to support our day-to-day office operations and help ensure a seamless employee experience.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Intern who can support office administration, asset management, vendor coordination, and employee logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operations, problem-solving, and working with multiple stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track company assets including laptops, mobile devices, SIM cards, accessories, and other office equipment.
- Coordinate asset allocation, collection, repairs, replacements, and inventory maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and other administrative requirements.
- Assist in organizing employee travel arrangements including flight bookings, cab services, and accommodation when required.
- Maintain administrative records, trackers, invoices, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Prepare and update MIS reports and operational dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support procurement activities and ensure timely availability of office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational requests.
- Assist in ensuring smooth functioning of office facilities and workplace operations.
Who We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in Administration, Operations, Facilities, or Office Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with maintaining trackers and inventory records.
- Strong execution mindset with willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
