Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise day to day Construction Site activities.
· Ensure work execution as per drawings, quality standards and project schedule.
· Coordinate with Contractors, Vendors, Site team.
· Monitoring manpower, materials and site progress effectively.
· Handle team coordination and guide site staff.
· Proper implementation of construction methods and material usage.
· Handle measurement and billing related works.
· Prepare daily/ weekly progress Reports and maintain site documents.
· Check quality, safety, timely completion of work.
· Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, civil work is mandatory.
Requirements:
· Experience in Residential/ Commercial Construction Projects.
· Good Communication and team handling skills.
· Good salary packages will be offered Based on experience and skills.
· Immediate joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
