Role & responsibilities
- Educational Qualification - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies , Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.),Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Leadership & Management : Proven experience in managing on-site teams (engineers, supervisors, laborers), Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and government authorities.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve site-level issues efficiently.
- Time & Budget Management: Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Compliance & Safety - Deep understanding of site safety standards, environmental norms, and statutory compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Prepare detailed project execution plans, Manage daily operations at the site and ensure progress as per schedule.
- Make proper Client bill details and bills format,
- Team Supervision: Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor workforce, Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely material and service delivery,
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, site productivity, and costs, Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management/client
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to quality and safety protocols, Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues proactively.
- Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain strong communication with clients and consultants, Handle site meetings, inspections, and project updates.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain site documentation, material receipts, labor records, and daily logs, Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, environmental norms, etc.)
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
