Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-centric and commercially driven Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through account farming, stakeholder management, account penetration, cross-selling, and upselling while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The EAM will act as the single point of contact for assigned clients and will own the relationship from enquiry to delivery and payment closure.
Key Responsibilities -
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing enterprise and SME accounts.
- Drive account farming initiatives to increase wallet share and revenue contribution.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across PrintStop's portfolio of solutions.
- Develop account growth plans and execute strategies to expand business within assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and customer engagement meetings.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Procurement, Marketing, Administration, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer retention and long-term account growth.
Business Ownership
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and closure of outstanding receivables.
Account Operations
- Maintain accurate account records and customer data.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and account performance updates.
- Monitor account profitability and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Proven experience in managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of account farming, cross-selling, upselling, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Commercially driven with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in corporate gifting, printing, packaging, branding, SaaS, technology solutions, or services-based industries will be an advantage.
