Job Purpose
The core role and responsibilities are:-
1. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
2. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
3. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
4. Knowledge of procurement of construction material its proper storage and accounting process.
5. Should have idea of quality of construction materials, various types of tests to be conducted.
6. Should have hiring knowledge of manpower, tools and its proper deployment as per site/activity requirement.
7. Should have idea of resolving the conflicts between working staffs.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
· Recognized diploma qualification in civil engineering plus 4 years of experience in construction industry
Experience
· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
