About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design engaging, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, a deep understanding of user behavior, and proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities

Design user interfaces and interactive experiences for mobile and web applications.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems in Figma.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.

Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless design implementation.

Develop and maintain a consistent UI/UX style guide and component library.

Work closely with product owners to translate business requirements into design concepts.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform performance.

Prepare visual assets, icons, and illustrations aligned with the brand identity.

Present and justify design decisions with data, research, and reasoning.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.

2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for mobile and web applications.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Experience designing for iOS (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android (Material Design).

Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (basic knowledge).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a user-first mindset.
Preferred Skills

Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
