Position Overview
We are seeking a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with design leads, contributing to all phase —from initial conceptualization and 3D modeling to creating detailed working drawings and construction documentation to execution,
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring architect to gain hands-on experience, refine their technical and prctical skills, and see designs transition from digital models to real-world structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Modeling: Develop creative design concepts and translate them into high-quality 2D drafting layouts and photorealistic 3D models.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed municipal drawings, working drawings, construction documentation, and material specifications.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with senior team members, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent and project timelines are met.
- Site Visits: Assist in site measurements, inspections, and monitoring construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Material Selection: Assist in researching materials, finishes, and fixtures, and compiling mood boards or presentation decks for client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Familiarity with rendering and visualization tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or AI-assisted rendering tools) is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and material applications.
