Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network
Installation, Upgrade and Changes - Setup, Configure/Recqonfigure and test the Infrastructure and Equipment(backup server, gateway, tape, disk, etc), Install/reinstall, Configure/Reconfigure any Application Software, Database software and System Software (OS etc) including 3rd Party Application.
Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing environments
Maintain load balancing support and Configure and tune data caching services between related Servers
Monitor network communication and ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running
Monitor system performance and perform System performance tuning.
Monitoring for Servers, Storage equipment and associated peripherals. Monitoring all phases of Systems performance down to the online transaction level and/or batch processes level.
Notify the expected downtime, risks and mitigation plan and undertake the maintenance so as to minimize interference with the Business and operational needs of MHEPL
