Job Description
JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations at our Rajkot office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain recruitment records
- Handle employee documentation and personal files
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees
- Assist in maintaining statutory and HR-related records
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
- BBA (HR) / MBA (HR)
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
- Knowledge of attendance management and HR documentation
- PF and statutory compliance knowledge will be an added advantage
- ERP/HRMS exposure preferred
Additional Information:
- Full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
