Key Responsibilities:
1) End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
2) Employee Records Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and streamline onboarding processes.
3) HR Policy Development: Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, ensuring employee compliance.
4) Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits, including group medical insurance.
5) Performance Appraisals: Aid in the performance appraisal process, helping evaluate and enhance employee performance.
6) Training and Orientation: Coordinate training sessions and orientation programs, aligning them with organizational goals and career development.
7) Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives like recognition programs and team-building activities to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
8) Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to foster positive employee relations and enhance workplace morale.
9) HRMS Expertise: Utilize GreytHR HRMS for efficient HR operations, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Other requirements
1) Graduates with a B.Com, BBA in HR, or MBA in HR can apply.
2) Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR field preferred.
3) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4) Proactive and eager to learn.
5) Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7) Must be willing to work full-time from the office (Office location - Shivthirth Nagar, Kothrud, Pune.)

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
