We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Hindi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats in both Hindi and English, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide appropriate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
- Record-Keeping: Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their issues or inquiries, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer service experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
