We're seeking a highly motivated, stable, and customer-centric professional fluent in Gujarati and Hindi for a permanent Work-From-Home Customer Service & Renewals role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high retention rates, and processing timely renewals.
Strict Geographic Restriction: We are hiring candidates from anywhere in Gujarat EXCEPT Ahmedabad. Candidates residing in Ahmedabad will not be considered under any circumstances, and profiles will be rejected directly.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with existing customers to manage, pitch, and drive account renewals.
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries efficiently via calls.
Maintain high retention rates by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Meet and exceed daily/monthly performance metrics and renewal targets.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 1 year of core experience in Customer Service + Renewals is mandatory.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Gujarati (Mother tongue) and Hindi. Average English communication is perfectly acceptable.
Job Stability: Excellent job stability is a strict requirement. Candidates with frequent job changes or unstable career histories will not be shortlisted. Please evaluate your stability before applying.
Age Limit: 21 to 32 years.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Technical & Documentation Requirements
Must own a functional Laptop/Desktop in good working condition.
Must have a stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection at home.
Must provide valid Address Proof and comprehensive documentation before the interview is scheduled.
