Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced part-time faculty to join our team and teach customer service support courses. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging curriculum that equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver course curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices in customer service.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, role-playing exercises, and case studies.
- Create a positive and dynamic learning environment that fosters student engagement and critical thinking.
- Evaluate student learning through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Maintain accurate course records and provide timely feedback to students.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies in the customer service field.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a strong customer service support program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, communication, education) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience, or a strong desire to teach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive course content.
- Proficient in handling online lectures.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
