Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students regarding UPSC mentorship programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve student experience and conversions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counseling, or EdTech are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Good verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
