Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations, coordinate with students and faculty, schedule classes, monitor student progress, and ensure smooth delivery of educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic schedules, classes, and examinations.
- Communicate with students regarding course updates, attendance, and academic activities.
- Support faculty members in academic planning and execution.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Conduct student follow-ups and counselling regarding course progress.
- Assist in onboarding new students and orientation programs.
- Prepare academic reports and performance tracking sheets.
- Handle student queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Finance knowledge plus point.
- 1 years of experience in academic coordination, administration, or student support.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
