Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at SECURE LIFE HR SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Mohan Estate (Delhi). The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and patience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Any Graduation
- English Compulsory
Position:- Voice Process, Chat Support, Email Support, Social Media Escalation , Escalation
Salary Bracket :- Up to 40000 in hand ( Depend on the profile and Experience)
Shift Timing: 9am to 10pm (Any 9 Hours) 5.5 days working (Rotational Week Offs)
Location:- Mohan Estate Delhi ( Only Walk in Interview considered )
Hiring Process:-
- Fill one QR code at the office gate
- First round - HR screening
- Second round - AON test - written skills ( Min passing score is 70% )
- Final round - operations and training team
- Salary negotiation and confirmation mail sent to the candidate
