Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Design Faculty to train students in visual design, branding, and digital media. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc), Web Designing , and a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling. This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Faculty at MAAC Kalyan Nagar Bangalore.
The Graphic Faculty will be responsible for teaching graphics, graphic design, image editing, and complete marketing tasks to support Marketing Requirement of Institute on daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions in graphic design, digital media Designing
- Teach students design software, industry trends, and best practices as per MAAC Guidelines and curriculum
- Mentor students on portfolio development and real-world projects.
- Update course content based on industry advancements.
- Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Marketing tasks to support Marketing Requirement of Institute on daily basis.
Qualifications
· Graphics Design skills
· Image Editing skills
· Social Media and Marketing skills
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) along with the all the New and Advanced Web Skills
· Strong attention to detail and creativity
· Excellent time-management and organizational skills
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field will be a plus
· Should be well versed with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver, Canva, Adobe XD, Animate CC, Toon Boom Harmony and Storyboard
· 3-4 Years of Teaching Experience
· Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
