Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA and a passion for managing and developing our most important asset—our people.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and managing conflict resolution.
Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs to help employees grow and advance in their careers.
Policy Development:
Create and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support the company's goals.
Requirements:
Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field is required.
Experience: 2-3 years Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a managerial position.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
