We are looking for a seasoned HR & Admin professional to manage end-to-end human resources and administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to factory/shop-floor HR, statutory compliance, and multi-functional administration.
HR Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar staff
- Handle onboarding, induction, and confirmation processes
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Drive employee engagement and grievance redressal
- Conduct performance management and appraisal cycles
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws (TNPCB, Factories Act, PF, ESI, gratuity)
- Liaise with government authorities and labour inspectors
- Maintain HR MIS reports and workforce data
- Handle disciplinary actions and IR matters
Admin Responsibilities
- Oversee facility management, housekeeping, and security
and welfare activities
- Handle vendor management and procurement of admin supplies
- Coordinate with contractors for contract labour compliance
- Maintain asset registers and office infrastructure
- Manage statutory registers, licenses, and factory records
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance documentation
- Support audit readiness and internal inspections
Qualifications
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Additional certifications in Labour Law preferred
Experience
- 5–7 years in HR & Admin roles
- Minimum 3 years in a factory or manufacturing setup
- Hands-on experience in statutory compliance
- Exposure to contract labour management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
