Job Summary
Executive Assistant - CEO will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the
CEO's office.
- Need to manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations, and
serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes
Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including prioritizing appointments, coordinating meetings, and resolving scheduling
conflicts.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution of meeting materials.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning, allowing the
CEO to focus on business priorities.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence; handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate parties.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Document Management: ensure documentation is accurate and accessible.
- Assist with budget monitoring, expense management, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the CEO's schedule is optimized and meetings are well-coordinated.
- Timely and accurate handling of communication, maintaining confidentiality.
- Preparation of reports, presentations & correspondence reflecting professionalism and accuracy.
- Reliable support in various administrative tasks contributing to smooth operations.
