- Enforce strict adherence to healthcare sanitization and biohazard protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
- Conduct daily inspections of patient rooms, operating theaters, and common areas to ensure prescribed cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Create work schedules, organize shift replacements, assign specific daily tasks, and conduct performance reviews for the housekeeping team.
- Train new employees on the safe handling of infectious waste, proper use of PPE, and chemical safety guidelines.
- Monitor the availability of cleaning agents, equipment, and medical linens; place restocking orders as needed to prevent supply shortages.
- Report broken fixtures, damaged furniture, or faulty equipment to the facility or engineering department for prompt repair.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
