We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer with experience in interior, exterior, and MEP drafting. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and coordinated MEP layouts to support design and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:3D Design & Visualization:
- Develop 3D models for interior and exterior architectural projects
- Create realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals
- Interpret design concepts and convert them into detailed 3D outputs
Interior & Exterior Drafting:
- Prepare detailed drawings including plans, elevations, and sections
- Coordinate with architects and site teams for design accuracy
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
MEP Drafting:
- Prepare HVAC, electrical, and plumbing layout drawings
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural designs
- Identify clashes and support coordination using 3D tools
Coordination & Execution:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
- Maintain drawing documentation and version control
Required Skills & Software:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, or V-Ray
- Strong understanding of interior design, exterior detailing, and MEP systems
- Knowledge of BIM coordination is an added advantage
- Good visualization and presentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
